Above the Rails is designed with complete privacy in mind. We do not collect, store, sell, or transmit any personal data, usage tracking, or device identifiers.

2. Local Data Storage
The game stores player progression data (such as maximum distance traveled and custom game settings) locally on your device in your device's sandbox application directory. This data is never transferred to any remote server or third party. You can permanently delete this data at any time by uninstalling the app or clearing the app storage through your device settings.
3. Third-Party Services and SDKs
Above the Rails does not integrate any third-party analytics, diagnostic, advertising, or behavioral tracking SDKs. We do not use cookies or unique tracking tokens.
4. Children’s Privacy (COPPA & GDPR-K Compliance)
Above the Rails does not address anyone under the age of 13 specifically to collect data, nor do we knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. Since no personal data is collected from any user, parents and guardians can rest assured regarding their children's privacy.
5. Your Rights and Data Deletion
Because we do not collect or store any personal data on external servers, there is no database from which to extract or delete user information. All data generated during gameplay exists solely on your physical device and can be erased by uninstalling the application.

2. Yerel Veri Saklama
Oyun, ulaşılan en uzun mesafe rekoru ve oyun tercihlerini yalnızca cihazınızın kendi korumalı depolama alanında saklar. Bu veriler hiçbir uzak sunucuya veya üçüncü tarafa iletilmez. Oyunu cihazınızdan sildiğinizde veya uygulama verilerini temizlediğinizde bu kayıtlar tamamen silinir.
